TONE IT UP. RECIPE: KALE SALAD

INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS

• 5-6 cups kale, washed and cut with kitchen scissors into thin strips.
• 1/2 cup dried unsweetened cranberries.
• 1/2 cup pine nuts.
• 1/2 cup diced red onions.
• 1/2 cup cherry red tomatoes
• 1/3 cup feta cheese.  We suggest low-fat or non-fat.
• juice of one lemon
• 2 fresh diced garlic cloves
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Mix kale, cranberries, tomatoes, nuts, onions in a glass bowl.  In a separate dish, mix lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic to make a dressing.  Pour dressing over kale and toss to coat evenly.  Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, overnight 6 hours or more is best!   Before serving, toss in feta cheese.

The Daily Microexfoliant...wow is that stuff amazing too!  There are my 2 new favorite products for my skin!

There's no promo on that one though..both of these products are pricey as hell!  Each retailing for about $78 ...for my skin I need to sell my 1st born that hasn't even been conceived yet! SHEESH!!!!

Anyhow, I am gonna work with the GLAMGLOW for now after I get my full size that I just ordered and I will go from there..will fill you all in, in the weeks to come!

ANYONE WATCH SURVIVOR TONIGHT?

All I can say is WOW


I really have been enjoying this season, and I have been diligently watching all the episodes - I think I like this men vs women game...and the bold personalities

It's been years since I have watched episodes consistently every week!

I really do hope he gets his....so disappointing :(

Can't remember when I've seen such BLATANT ignorance on tv, let alone on Survivor - and we see everything on that show!
